Great chatting with Mr Aaron today. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided hints on what else to inspect my car for. Truly grateful ?? for his kind advice. During my visit, the store was clean and well stocked. Checking out was also a breeze.

I went in and asked for AC-Pro, an employee proceeded to look out the window, confirm what vehicle I drove then guided me over to the aisle and picked out the exact one that he stated “would fit.” After taking it home and figuring out that it did not indeed fit and was the complete wrong one for my vehicle, I attempted to go back to the store to return it and they claimed it could not be done since “the seal was broken.” While I would understand if it was a mistake on the customer’s end in picking out the product, but if the employee is the one that picked out the wrong product than I feel as if there should be something done to fix this wrong. But no, was not even able to get store credit, and when attempting to call and ask to speak with a manager I was just hung up on.
