Don’t go here, this place is a joke. I had an appointment for 11:00 and told them I would wait for my car to be done. It took them two hours to even touch my car after pulling it into the bay. The gentleman that installed my tires was indeed helpful and helped me even though the original tech called out. They said there wasn’t anybody that could do my alignment and that they would take it off and not charge me for it. They ended up charging me for it after I asked them to take it off then offered either a free oil change or to have my come back the next day to get the alignment done. They said that one of the other techs called and said he would be in the next day at 8am, which was a lie. I ended up getting redirected to a different store for a different time. If you want to receive a professional service on your vehicle, go anywhere else but here

I had a 8am appointment for my tires. I was leaving to catch a flight, hence why I made the first appointment. Got there at 7:58am, NO ONE IS HERE! I called to make sure it was open, gentleman answered and said they will open shortly. It was 8:15am at this point. He couldn’t give me a time. They arrived around 8:30am, walked past my vehicle and didn’t say a word. I was the ONLY VEHICLE in the parking lot! Very unprofessional, first time visiting and last! I drove off and went to AutoStream! I will never beg anyone to take my money! Don’t waste your time with Pep Boys in Randallstown, MD

After spending over $1,000 on brand-new Continental tires at Pep Boys, I expected at least a basic level of care and professionalism, but the entire experience felt extremely sketchy and low-quality. The Owings Mills location was helpful when scheduling my appointment and directed me to the Randallstown shop for installation, but when I arrived the facility looked rundown, smelled like mold, and honestly felt like an abandoned shop that had just reopened. While my car was being serviced, I heard loud drilling, and when I looked into the bay I saw the technicians working on my car wearing ski-mask style face coverings, which made the environment feel unprofessional and concerning; when I tried to ask a simple question, they abruptly told me to leave the area. When the job was finished, my wheels were still covered in lube and debris, several lug-bolt caps were missing, and even my Audi center cap was gone. When I pointed it out, they claimed they “looked everywhere” and couldn’t find it. For the price I paid, the lack of care, cleanliness, professionalism, and accountability at this Pep Boys location was completely unacceptable.
