I am really torn while writing this review, I was there yesterday to get a few services for my car, I am guessing that they did an okay job, since I haven’t encountered any problem (but it is too soon to say). The whole interaction leading up to the service was honest and cordial. After I picked up my car I saw marks on the front grill (the metal part, not the plastic part) which were not previously there, I know this because just a day before I had my car washed, and I wiped the whole thing down with a microfibre cloth. When I pointed it after receiving the car, they outright denied it. A piece of advice to everyone, take photos of your car if you are dropping it off and picking it up later. This shouldn’t be the case, but at the end you are the one left with a bill for repair, that didn’t existed before. You can try them but just be cautious.

AAA jumped my car and blew a fuse and reset my computer in the process. Being new to the area Broad St Auto was right around the corner. I got my car in and within minutes Mohammed was under the hood resetting everything. Since then I’ve had brakes, suspension, a/c work and tire repair. I bring all 3 of my family cars here. Mohammed, Jose and Zach are the only guys that I will l trust my cars to. They are the best!
