Not the first negative experience here, but will be the last. I had them replace my power steering rack assembly on my tacoma and unfortunately it was a mistake. $3,000 later and my truck has not been the same since. Upon pick up, my steering wheel was completely misaligned, showing immediate red flags. After further inspection, the rack was not installed centered, tie rods have over an inch difference between left and right, zerk fitting on right side was missing, random nuts and zip ties were used to secure parts, etc.... Just a poor job for charging me dealership prices. I called them after the service as I was hearing a noticeable popping sound when turning right. They told me to put some grease on it... No offer to bring it back and do it right. Just wow. I let it ride for a few months, but now I am stuck with having to disconnect the steering shaft and actually align the entire assembly, purchase correct parts... I mean unbelievable really.

My ac had seized up causing my car to not start. John and Matt got it fixed in a couple days. Very friendly and informative. I feel the price was very fair. The car is running great again considering it’s 12 years old and over 200,000 miles. Highly recommend.

If you want a real honest mechanic these are your guys. I was getting charged way more from others in the area. They were recommended to me from some good people. They have really fair pricing, great service, and do really good work. I won’t be taking any of my trucks anywhere else but here from here on out.
