I was recommended by a friend of a friend and will be eternally grateful that I followed through! I had the most amazing, hassle free experience while shopping for my dream vehicle at Tic Tac Tow Motors! Mark was diligent and patient; even though he didn't have the vehicle I wanted in his inventory initially, he totally understood the assignment and meticulously searched for and selected the ideal vehicle for me in a timely manner. He exhibited impeccable Customer Service skills and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was fortunate to meet two of his other team members Ashley and Angela who delivered my vehicle to me at HOME and they were equally amazing! They helped me with all the DMV issues and even took the plate off my old vehicle after realizing that I had no idea how to. Lol If it were possible to give 10 stars to each team member, I most certainly would, so I'll just give a big FIVE stars to the company as a whole! Simply put - everyone did and excellent job and I am happy to recommend TIC TAC TOW Motors to anyone wanting the greatest auto shopping experience ever!
