I have never had anything less than a perfect experience at Bell Auto. He has gotten me in on short notice when unexpected problems arose, he does considerate things without charging me like cleaning out around my brakes, and he gives me lots of notice about upcoming needs (ex: will need new brakes in x more oil changes) with quotes. I’ve researched prices elsewhere to compare with his quotes and they are always low, he never takes advantage. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I had let my normal car maintenance go to the wayside since COVID & knew that it needed all the normal things done (oil change, tune up, fluid check, brakes, etc.) in addition to it running a bit rough ?. Mr. Bell identified the cause & additional items that needed critical attention. To say that Mr. Bell surpassed our expectations is an understatement! He went above & beyond to make my car right! His incredible diligence, superior knowledge & patience, thorough explanations (understandable to the layman (me) and the expert (my husband) ?), & a detailed, honest cost break out that was extremely reasonable & fair has convinced me that I need to look no further. I will take my vehicles only to his shop for any future maintenance and/or repairs. The tremendously nice touch of cleaning my car, vacuuming & defogging my old headlights was the icing on the cake.
