Not so reliable auto. I was out of town and my fiancees car threw a check engine light. They told her there was a major mechanical issue with cylinder 2 and she would need to bring to Chevy as they don't deal with that. I had serious doubts but was not available to diagnose it myself. Everything pointed to a spark plug or fuel Injector issue. My fiancee eventually brought to Chevy to confirm. Turns out the fuel injector was clogged.... Wildly incompetent and unprofessional mechanic. Any backyard mechanic could determine this in 30 minutes or less. Thankfully they didn't charge for their "diagnosis".

The staff and service far exceeded my expectations, raising the bar to a new level. Staff was friendly and courteous, very professional, and highly skilled/knowledgeable. The work was top-notch and faster than other shops. They are also willing to do custom work at request, including, with a disclaimer, doing the best possible with parts preexisting on vehicles. One prior experience when funds were tight involved a front-end alignment, which would've been best to replace certain parts, but due to lack of funds, we couldn't afford that. They were able to make it make due, and later, we came back for the replacement of parts and a proper alignment. Their willingness and ability to work with the customers is a big part of what sets them apart. Now, as they've begun to offer financing in-house, they are hands down the best option when it comes to your automotive needs of all sorts, including their towing service, which operates 24/7. Highly recommended!
