Bought a jump pack from them had it it worked really good all of a sudden it stopped working stop by on Cross County Road to talk to one of the employees about it and he acted like he didn’t want nothing to do with it or to help my business and I have a commercial account with these guys. We no longer do business with them. I will move somewhere else and do business with.

Logan was the absolute best as far as helping me obtain the right battery with the right fit for my vehicle . This was indeed customer service at its best!

This location is absolutely dialed. Needed 2 batteries in my truck on a Friday afternoon and they were ready to put it in. Logan Cross tested my batteries pulled them out and threw in the news ones in a half hour. Above the service the place is inaccurate says or about the shop.
