I’m in awe of Zappones’ staff and the incredible and honest inspection they performed on my Nissan Murano SL. They sent a text message showing photos of my Nissan and any outside scratches etc that it had before servicing. Really grateful for guys at Zappones. My son is a student in Greensburg and was having some car trouble. A friend told us about a good experience at their garage so we had his car towed there since it was too far to tow it home. They helped us diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly. They were honest, transparent, and easy to work with. Follow up, a few months later, we took our vehicle back to get inspected before my son returned home for winter break. It’s an older car so it needed to have a few things done, but they were great to work with. They gave us our options, we’re transparent about the cost of the repairs, made the repairs quickly and got him on his way. Thankful again to be able to work with the guys at Zappones. It’s not easy being able to trust somebody and when you’re hundreds of miles away but these guys have proven to be trustworthy on both occasions that we have used them.
