Our family was traveling when our alternator died on us. Toddler; Dog & Camper in tow. They diagnosed us and had us back on the road with in two hours. Wait room was comfortable with toys for the little one and coffee for the adults. Absolutely blessed we happen to be taken care of by the gentleman there! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give more stars because this is the best repair shop in existence. They are the kindest, funniest, most thoughtful, and caring group of people. After spending years of being overcharged for unnecessary work at other shops throughout the Fairfield County area, I had lost all faith in repair shops. Until I found Berkshire Motors; they are one of the last true hometown shops where quality of work and fairness in pricing is "King". This are always honest and their rates are beyond fair. They will bend over backwards to take care of you because they care about their customers. I have recommended them to family and friends who have thanked me profusely for pointing them to Berkshire Motors. The office has a warm family feel and they have a little waiting room where you can grab a cup of coffee and watch some TV or jump onto the Wifi and get some work done. The shop is always busy and every time a customer walks through the door, I am reminded of the show Cheers, where everyone knows your name. An incredible family run shop where I guarantee they will treat you fairly and take incredible care of your vehicle. Thank you Herb, Rick, Jim, and the entire crew keeping me safe!

I personally want to take a few seconds to extend my greatest Thanks to Jim and the technicians at Berkshire Motors in Sandy hook Ct. My wife was on a solo vacation/road trip from Pa to Ct when she experienced mechanical issues with her precious Mini Cooper S. Not being from the area and being so far from home her hands were tied. Anyone that has ever owned a Mini knows how difficult and expensive it could be to find someone to work on them, let alone work on them correctly. Luckily, through a google search, 4 minutes away way was Berkshire. After a quick conversation, she was able to limp the car to their location. Almost immediately they were able to get the car in, speak with me about the needed repairs and commit to getting her back on the road. Price was right, service was incredible and the their confidence and reassurance was settling. Appreciate everything you guys did. Took what could have been a difficult and unnerving situation and turned it around with a little old fashion customer service!! Wish you guys the best in your business for many years to come!!
