Avery’s is the absolute best. Ronnie and the rest of the staff are amazing. I have had several stone chips repaired on several different cars and one windshield replaced and my experience in all these cases was better than expected. They get you in on time and service completed properly and promptly. If you’re in need of glass work, Avery’s is the best.

Last Friday, I took my car (Subaru Crosstrek) to Avery’s for its one-year anniversary “check-up” and oil change. Ronny in the office reassured me that they will use the correct synthetic for my car, and named the correct one off the top of his head. His knowledge was simply reassuring to me (I’d already checked what was needed from the manual.) He said they have check-lists provided by vehicle manufacturers so they conduct the exact same checks as a dealership’s service center. Today, Avery’s Automotive replaced the windshield on my son’s vehicle (Nissan Altima). I appreciate that they said, in some cases, “generic” glass can be used and it’s much cheaper than the name brand. That was news to me. (But it depends on your car’s electronic features, as generic glass may not work with certain lane-departure features, etc..) They don’t try to rip you off, and Steve took my car back at my appointment time and was done quickly. I’ve been an Avery’s customer for several years now. Their office has quaint, small-town charm. No frills. Not trying to be fancy. Just an honest shop, providing good service and keeping prices fair. It’s what keeps me returning as a loyal customer.
