I wouldn’t let these people tow a lawn mower. I recently had an accident and precision towing was call to tow my vehicle, which was fine until I went to pick it up and they drove it into a spot knowing it was leaking transmission fluid. Call and asked and was told that they used the wheel lift on the tow truck to put it were it was except there was a semi trailer on either side and no way for the tow truck to get back out. We all make mistakes but own up to them.

I hit an enormous pothole on 94E and was stuck on the side of the dark highway with a flat. The first towing service I called quoted me $370?! Precision got it picked up and dropped it off ~20 miles away in Merrillville for $160. It was less than 30 minutes from the moment I called to when Brian arrived. He was polite, professional, and kind. When dropping my car off at the tire shop, I mentioned that my husband was coming to pick me up from over an hour away. Brian insisted on dropping me off somewhere safe to wait for him rather than just leaving me to fend for myself. So very appreciated and helpful.

This is probably the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. They just towed my vehicle and he first came to tow it and my payment options was messed up so we had to leave and he came back with no problem. They were nice and courteous This is the only tow company I’ll be using from now on. I strongly suggested anybody that needs a towing go to this company. I used several of my lifetime, but this is the only Towing company that I will ever use I can’t say enough good about him. Be honest with you if they ever get signs made they’re more than welcome to come put one of my yard.
