Disheartened, disappointed, are words to tell a toddler. Not your local mechanic. This company does not care about your safety or well being. Please check your vehicles before you pull off the lot! As soon as I signed the paper work and started down bootjack. Brakes completely failed, one brake line was completely disconnected! I've heard of checking my bag at Sheetz for the nacho cheese, but this? Do better.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous buying experience with the good folks at Boot Jack auto sales! We drove from out of state about seven hours and definitely had our hesitations about proceeding with purchasing on site. Larry was available to answer any and all questions and had personally driven the vehicle to let us know how it ran. The car was exactly as described if not better. Have never had such a positive car buying experience and will always appreciate these the experience of driving up to the mountains and driving away with our dream car!

Horrible service, horrible workers. Bootjack auto will fix it until it's broke. Another shady Ridgway mechanic. They are all in bed together, committed to doing trash work. Overlook severe problems so that you return, hopefully with a broken down vehicle that can be sold at auction with all the new parts you just payed for! How convenient. This company preys on the naive and elderly.
