My husband and I were traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday and broke down while still far from home and were towed here because they were thankfully open on a Sunday. The diagnostics couldn't be run until that Monday, but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Parts had to be ordered but everything was completed that same Monday and we were able to complete our trip home. Everyone I spoke to was incredible helpful and friendly and I am so impressed with the fast turnaround.

I got a low air notice on my tire, and I had a very important meeting the next day, approx 40 miles away. I googled the closest tire shop near me, and Firestone came up. I called them and spoke with Tommy. He told me to come right in and they had it fixed within the hour. Firestone save the day for me!!
