Stopped by this Firestone shop to ask if they could mount an extra tire that I had to replace a flat tire that I had gotten and was in my trunk. The tire was the exact same size and brand as the tires currently on my car. The service advisor came out to my car and inspected the tire and said that they could do the job and gave me a price so I accepted and made an appointment for the following day as they were very busy that day. I came the following day for my appt and checked in with the same service advisor. Even though I had an appt I still had to wait almost 40 min. Then that same service advisor brought my car into the shop and shortly after came out and told me they couldn't do the job as the tire was not brand new. I asked him why he told me the day before when he inspected the tire that he could do it. He just shrugged and apologized and said it was the policy. I live 30.min away which he knew, so I wasted over 90 min of my time for absolutely nothing! This was ridiculous!!!

I've been bringing our vehicles here for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. The technicians are knowledgeable and always happy to listen and help diagnose a problem. I have never felt like I was taken advantage of, either. They make recommendations, but if I ask if a service is immediately necessary or can wait, I feel like they provide an honest response.

Had much difficulty starting the car two days in a row after a stretch of extremely cold weather. Called and Tim said to bring it right in. They checked the battery out and said it was showing it holding a charge just fine. Appreciate the honest service when it would have been easy to sell me a new battery. Been coming to this location for many years and never had a negative experience.
