We purchased two other vehicles here with zero problems. I encourage my son to buy here. Huge mistake. The transmission went out after 2 weeks *under 200 miles) from purchase. His solution. "Hope you bought the extended warranty. I can give you a number for a guy I trust." We were only asking for shared liability and half on repairs. Nothing. All of this before the first payment. We now have a 25k lawn ornament while the Toyota transmission is back ordered. Oh, and what's the irony that he knew the issue that he "suspected" was that problem. We feel he knew. I'm making sure we let everyone know that purchasing here is risky and if you think the price is high already, factor in that added warranty. You'll need it.

Mike at Moore Auto is a great man to do business with! I was interested in a Denali they had on the lot and he promised not to sell it until I was able to take a look at it first. He even allowed me to bring my dog into the office with me and along for the test drive as well, as she was already with me that day and it was too hot to leave her in the car.
