Absolutely delighted to find this place. I have now gone to Taylor's 3 times (a random leak, routine mait & inspection, weird noise.) They are kind, professional, fair, and knowledgeable. When you walk in it immediately feels like a wonderful family run business. They even sell maple syrup inside. Pleased and grateful to have this business here and will return without hesitation when needed. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service! We were on a road trip and hours from home when our check oil light came on and we pulled off the highway. The staff at the local O'Reily's recommended Taylors and we drove over. Everyone was super helpful and took time to diagnose the problem even though they were clearly really busy. They even ordered a new oil filter from a nearby shop and fixed everything for us, including photos of the incorrectly put in filter and other information to help with our claim against the place that incorrectly installed our filter. They have a great waiting area and everyone was so friendly and sympathetic - we felt like locals by the end of the day. I can't say thank you loudly enough to the staff - they truly made what could have been a very stressful incident with the oil filter and leak into a nice day waiting in a cozy location.

Caught a large nail in my tire on I-91 while heading up for a mini vacation with the family. I needed to get the tire plugged and went there the next morning. Couldn't have had a better experience. Extremely friendly. Realizing I couldn't really leave the car and get a ride, they had me in and out in about 20 minutes, for under $15. Best customer service I've experienced in a while.
