This place rips you off on the weight. They use little bins that they weigh and then give you a print out. I tow cars with my truck/trailer at least once a week. I went in with a load of car doors, hoods, trunks etc... This load was at least 4-5,000 pounds as it rode heavier than an average car on my trailer. These crooks ripped me off talking 2,100 pounds. No way to contest the weight as they haul off the little bins one at a time and dump them into a big rig. $135 for over 5,000 pounds of scrap. I guarantee the forklift driver is taking weight off at the scale by slightly lifting the load then pocketing the stolen weight/cash at the end of the day. They claim to pay 6 cents a pound but steal half of it from you.

I needed a container for scrap at my worksite and decided to go with Waccamaw. They dropped off a huge, sturdy container for a good price. Workers are punctual and friendly. Highly recommend using Waccamaw for container services.
