They're the trash pick up for my local townhouse community. Trash pick up is normally on Fridays, so this past Thursday night (Thanksgiving) I took the trash out for Friday morning as normal. Everyone else in the complex had their bins out on Friday as well, but Friday came and went without any pick up. Due to my bin being extremely full and the high wind, trash from the bin kept spilling out. To try and help with this, I pulled the bin back in a little, so that the trash wouldn't get into the road. THE BIN WAS STILL OUTSIDE, just not as far out as normal. This morning I wake up to see everyone else's trash has been picked up EXCEPT mine. At a quick glance anyone can see the bin needs to be taken, but they couldn't seem to be bothered. I get it, working on a Saturday when normally it's not a work day sucks, but it's their literal job. The trash was still outside near the road, still fully visible. It wasn't like I took it back inside and got mad I didn't take it back out in time. Normally I wouldn't really care, but we seriously needed the trash to be taken this week.

Was a long time customer until this past July 4th, apparently, they decided to pick up trash on the 4th of July. I tried to call their office at 1230 pm on the 4th with no answer. Trash sat for a few days in the can, finally got a hold of someone on Monday and was told, " we will see what we can do, if we can do something we will let you know " my reply was made very easy at that point, I said your fired! And since they own the cans, to come pick them up. Awful response from this company, avoid them!

The office help is always friendly and have always accommodated whether it is an on call dumpster or a roll off. My truck driver that comes to Windham to empty my dumpster is always in a good mood! Just great service with a smile, got to love it!
