We were leaving Killington after a ski trip preparing for a 3-hour ride home when we heard some very loud metallic rattling sound from one of our wheel wells. After a brief inspection which didn’t yield any leads and following a google search for a repair shop, we found Holmes One Stop Auto Shop. I called (spoke with Travis) explained the situation and was encouraged to slowly make our way to the shop, which was fortunately a short drive away. Despite having a full bays of cars and likely a hectic work schedule, Travis made time for us, did an evaluation and helped us diagnose the issue. Fortunately, by the time we arrived to the shop the noise went away, so not much needed fixing but the fact that Travis sensed our anxiety about potential mechanical issue and with kids in tow, being hours away from home, he made time for us and made us feel like a priority, which was hugely appreciated and exactly what we needed to get through this stressful experience. Thank you Travis and Holmes One Stop Auto Shop, the world needs more folks and businesses like you!!
