Was treated very poorly by store management , but employees were friendly and helpful.I had my receipt and product (Including original packaging )that didn’t work properly under a workload. Store manager told me I would have to take the product back to the store 20 miles away as if this is not a franchise store. So I asked was this policy or personal. He never answered !!! I didn’t like the experience because I was treated like a criminal instead of a customer.
