Brian and his team are the absolute best in the business! My transmission was starting to show her age and I began researching options for a replacement. From hours of online forum reading I kept seeing Brian’s Truck Shop transmissions over and over. I gave them a call and after our conversation, I knew this is who I want to rebuild my transmission. I packed up and prepared for the 12 hour drive to Brian’s shop. When I arrived I was greeted like family. Brian went over all the details, asked me about modifications on my truck and proceeded to build me a truly tailored to my truck transmission. When I first went for a ride with the new transmission, I was absolutely blown away. My truck was back and better than before. Just firm enough shifts, insanely quiet, and smooth as can be. I bought my 4r100 here in 2018 and it has lived a rough life behind my Excursion, Brain called me and said that my stock trans was one of the worst he had seen in one piece and they could smell it before the FedEx truck was opened. It has crossed the US twice towing, and off roading, from the tanks trials on Camp Lejeune, WV trails and ponds, to the Colorado mountain passes. 80,000 miles later it still shifts firm and fast. People say "but they are expensive" and I am willing to pay the price for piece of mind. Everytime someone in the 7.3 groups ask what trans I always say BTS.

Brian and his whole team are awesome! Wholesome family business that takes care of customers like they are family. Well worth the wait. They pulled my transmission, built it and had it back in that afternoon. All I can say is wow! My truck is completely different. Wish I had taken it to him years ago.
