My car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped, and it was stuck in a low clearance parking garage (6’3”). On top of that it’s an AWD / all-wheel drive car, so it needed to be towed correctly without damage. Insurance roadside assistance dispatched 8 towing companies over 2 days and none of them could handle it (snowstorm coming too). Carlitos Towing showed up and actually knew what they were doing. They got my AWD vehicle safely loaded using dollies, got it out of the tight parking garage, and towed it to the shop with no issues. If you need a tow from a low clearance garage, have an AWD car, or need a tow truck with dollies, or any tow really, call Carlitos Towing. They always do an excellent Job and provide excellent customer service! From Semi (Tractor Trailer) to Passenger Vehicle Towing, they will accommodate you as best they can and will recommend someone if they're too busy. Their pricing is fair when Compared to other towing services in the DMV (DC, MD & VA) area.

I just called for a quote, and he quoted me $160-180 for a towing service that’s less than a mile. I told him I got a quote from someone else for $90, and he said, “You can get it with them,” and before HANGING UP ON ME, he called me a “crazy lady”. I understand if that’s not your price, but you have no right to insult me before hanging up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t even bother getting any services with this sad excuse of a company. BTW, the quote I got was from LL Towing and Auto Repair. I HIGHLY recommend them; they were very respectful and quick, and I even attached proof that this was the quote I got.
