Went with a friend of mine to buy a 2015 Denali pickup, the vehicle was 100% mint condition, no hassle no problems. After dealing with a nightmare of a dealership in the past week. Dealing with the Moffa’s my faith in humanity is restored. Completely stand up Gentleman. Treated Fair, Reasonable Negotiations. Respectful would be an understatement. Just remember these guys are in business to sell cars for a profit. I was looking for an Acura TL for a back up car. Needed it quickly. They were looking to sell one even faster. Looked at car. Saw some obvious minor front end damage and car rode a little rough. I assumed someone had run it off the road. Had some gear lash on power steering as well. I should have put it on a lift but as I said, I was in a hurry. Engine and trans sounded great and a one owner car that was local and silver, I like silver. I told them of my concerns and they immediately were willing to drop the price. I knew I was looking at some front end work and hoped it was just low on power steering fluid. In the end I had to put 3k into the car for a new steering pump and suspension repairs and ended up replacing three aluminum wheels which were slightly bent. I still love the car. But here is the rub. Either they knew everything the car needed and didn’t tell me or they didn’t know. I don’t think these guys are stupid. I don’t think they sell a car that they don’t know everything about.But maybe it happened this time IDK. I think they should have offered to split the cost of the repairs. They did lower the price just nowhere close to half the repair cost. It’s all good. The car is correct now and runs like a top. Lesson, always put a car on a lift… Response to Car Nu reply It is true I waited a long time to write this review. And I did not call them up to complain, maybe I should have and it would have given Car Nu a chance to resolve the issues. That is a fair criticism. If they don’t know about it how are they to resolve it? But stating that the car had a “third party” inspection and there were no issues is just not accurate. Here is a copy of the bill (dated 5/25) for all the repairs ($2,500) including a lot of the suspension. Does not include the three aluminum rims I replaced as well. Maybe they need to get a new third party inspector.
