I can’t say thank you enough to both Marine and Brian. I’ve been dealing with accidents for some time, and no company comes close to the level of service Hackert Auto Company provides. As a first-time customer, I felt confident choosing this shop based on the outstanding reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt more like family than a customer. When the insurance company undervalued the repair costs, Hackert Auto responded with the correct repair amount, which ultimately resulted in the vehicle being declared a total loss. The insurance company then undervalued the payoff, but Hackert informed me that I had options and referred me to an adjudicator. Needless to say, I walked away with significantly more than initially offered. When the insurance company capped my rental coverage, Hackert Auto explained that I had grounds to request a revision, as the delay was due in part to the insurance company. I’m sharing all of this because once the vehicle was deemed a total loss, Hackert Auto’s role was technically complete. However, they continued to assist me, offering guidance and advice that truly paid off—without any incentive or obligation to do so. Thank you again! I went through a car wash when it was really cold out, and some water froze inside my rear door channels. When I opened the doors, the lower inner weather strip molding on both rear doors popped off and tore. My mechanic told me it needed a body shop, so I brought it to Barry Hackert Body Shop. They were super kind and helpful from the start. They got me in for an estimate within a couple days, then called the very next business day and had me come right in. The technician fixed it in about 20 minutes, and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the work was great, and they gave me real peace of mind after a dumb mistake. Highly recommend! Professional, honest, and they genuinely took care of me.
