Towed my son’s truck due to a flat tire. Took him forever to get there and when he did my son spent more time trying to guide him on loading the truck because he didn’t have a clue to what he was doing!! Towed to Walmart just to find out this tow guy is banned from Walmart because he is so unprofessional !!! He told my son he doesn’t take credit cards and that he needed to go get cash. Charged him $290 and caused DAMAGE to the valance when unloading the truck! Tried calling him 3 times just to be hung up on. The 3rd time he screamed “stop calling me” and blocked the call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car wouldn't start after an appointment just down the road from this establishment, so I called them about a tow. They arrived within an hour, which is what I had wanted, and accepted my insurance so that I would not have to pay upfront. They allowed me to ride with them so that I could go to the mechanic with the car, and were very nice during the drive. I would recommend them for a tow anywhere in central Illinois.

Roadside assist assured us they had this company coming to tow us. 3 hours of waiting, lie after lie from the company. First Roadside assist’s credit card didn’t go through…really? Then best of all, on the way to us the tow truck hit a deer?! Finally called McLean County sheriff. Had a tow within 1/2 hour. Had to pay out of pocket, but very helpful dispatcher got things moving. Warning: this company is totally unreliable.
