Explained what I thought the problem was, he tested the part and the new starter was installed in just over 2 hours with him coming to me. His tow truck was busy but I'm glad he came out and did an easy fix instead of my truck being stuck in the shop and having to grab a rental.

These guys are great. Used them twice in the last 3 weeks. First time they were the only to answer. Second time was today 1/5/24 and we were stranded at Menards in the snow storm. Called around and was told only emergency’s due to weather and so many calls, so called A1 and they came through, even in the snow storm! My hat is off to these guys. Don’t make my mistake not calling them first!

This owner is amazing. Called him with a flat tire on the side of the road no spare. His only tow truck was in Columbus and he was at home but took it upon himself to come out an take the tire off, took my fiance to Walmart to replace the tire an brought him back and put the tire back on. Even had to make a special trip back to his house for another tool because the lug nuts were stuck.he really went above an beyond to help us.
