From the moment we stepped into The Villa Marie Claire, we were met with warmth, compassion, and an atmosphere of genuine care. The facility itself is beautiful—peaceful gardens, softly lit rooms, and cozy common spaces that truly make it feel like home rather than a medical setting. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to bring comfort to both patients and families. The staff is exceptional. Each nurse, doctor, and volunteer went above and beyond to ensure that my loved one was comfortable, respected, and treated with dignity. They took time to listen, to explain every step of care, and to offer emotional support whenever needed. It was clear that their approach was not just clinical but deeply human—rooted in kindness and empathy. What touched me most was how personalized the care was. They tailored everything—from pain management to meals and daily routines—according to my loved one’s preferences. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and generally a good place. However, my experience was negatively impacted by one of the nurses, Mariam. Unfortunately, there was a clear language barrier, and instead of trying to understand us or communicate respectfully, she was rude and dismissive. At one point, she gestured with her hand as if to say “stop,” which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Good customer care requires patience, clear communication, and a respectful attitude. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is disappointing because the rest of the place is nice. I hope management addresses this issue so patients can feel comfortable and treated with respect.
