My family and I have now purchased seven (7) vehicles from Royal on the EastSide. Every time their staff have listened to what our needs were, understood what our budget/situation allowed and then showed us what vehicles matched our request. The cars are cars, their staff just go the extra mile every time. We are so grateful for all they do, we no longer live close to Bloomington, however we drive there to ensure we get a vehicle by someone we know we can trust. I am so grateful for this dealership, we have been to other dealerships, the team at Royal operate differently than a normal dealership.
