Serviced my Civic here. I made a last minute appointment and they took care of me very well and even fixed a couple of things for me that I asked for. The service manager Corey was nice as well.

I fix an appointment three days a go for oil change but unbelievable they took 5hr to change the oil. I guess this the worst customer service experience in my life.even if I was scared For my car because of the car was waiting inside the maintenance room.finally they told Me the two tires should be changed but the whole four tires changed was January. For me 100 not trusted location. I had regular customer almost 7 years in walfechase Honda in Memphis they were a giving a good customer service.
