Wish I could write better. Very unorganized, poorly communicated, and poorly ran business. Last week I went to get an inspection done. When I walked in the guy looked at me like he was mad he had to get up and work to do his job. He looked at my vehicle and immediately denied it. I fixed the issue he wanted called this morning around 9:30am and asked if I could come back today for the inspection around 1:30. Mind you this is now the 2nd time in a week I stepped away from my work to get this done. As soon as I got there they came up to me said we’re done for the day and sent me across the street to this guy who was even worse and didn’t know the laws. I had to educate him on PA laws and showed him the Pa.gov website he then got mad and say this is my shop I do what I want and told me to leave. Stay away go to anywhere else!

I'm only giving 2 stars because the service was quick and the lady who did my paperwork was friendly. However, before I walked in, I called the place the same day to ask for the costs of tags and registration and the lady on the phone told me $108 and then once it was time for me to pay, they changed the price to $145... very disappointing...

So very glad I opted to come here… I barely made it before 6pm and not only did the staff take the time for me but they seemed happy to do so and even went out of their way to spare me from unnecessary fees/expenses. They actually called a staff member who had already gone home to make sure they had the correct form for what I needed, and judging by her eagerness to help (and the simple fact that she answered her phone during her time off), I think it’s safe to say the staff here is well cared for and that the owner(s) are doing an excellent job. It is a rare and beautiful thing when the employees of any company are genuinely happy to do their jobs and ensure the best care possible for the customer. That the staff at CVS Auto Tags also work well as a team and will go the extra mile to ensure the job is done to the very best of their abilities speaks volumes about the company and the employer(s) who run their business. I felt truly valued as a person by all of you. And I just wanted to say thank you. ??
