I love Once Upon a Child HV. The store is always super clean and incredibly organized, and even with a lot of people coming in and out, everything stays in order. Shopping there is easy, and I almost always end up finding a surprise win. The quality and prices are amazing, especially for items you don’t want to pay full price for. I’ve randomly found some really great pieces there—like a NEW boys Under Armour winter coat that felt like a total score. Those kinds of finds make the trip worth it every time. The staff is the absolute best. They’re fun, friendly, and clearly enjoy working together. They’re always making me laugh, and that same personality comes through on their Instagram too—funny, cute, clever, and relatable. There’s a real family vibe, with lots of joking around and positive energy, but they’re also professional and genuinely helpful. I’ve also sold items here, and it always feels fair. They’re selective (which is a good thing), and it really shows in the quality of what’s on the racks—no digging through junk. The rewards program is a nice bonus too, and the cashiers always take the time to walk you through your options. Overall, it’s one of those places you leave feeling like you got a great deal—and sometimes a big win. So thankful they are around the corner.

Very organized place. Had a really good varity of clothes from new born to toddlers. Even have shoes, boots and a few toys to look thru. Also havr used couch, bassinet, highchair. We were able to get our 1 yr old grandson his winter clothes. Now we have to go back with other daughter to get those 2 grandsons winter attire. With price these days, we're all willing to buy 2nd hand clothes. The kids grow so fast that they don't wear them out.

Literally the WORST! Every time I go there (which isn’t often) someone there is insanely rude. I dont understand how someone can start their day at 10:00 AM with such a negative attitude. Won’t be going back! Following up to your response. It’s freezing out. And I had one bag in my hand asking if a worker of yours could throw it in side for me…just right inside the door.. (I didn’t ask to come in not once?) and I would go into the hallmark store next door. To keep my baby warm. She was so arrogant. Could’ve had a better attitude. Hope she has a pleasant day WORKING! That’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience there. ? Very unfortunate! Also it was 9:51. Not 9:30…
