I came across Ms. Patty’s Through my Roadside Assistance And I am so grateful that I did. My car wouldn’t start, and I thought It was the alternator or computer and then I would need it towed to the dealership on a Sunday in 95 degree weather! Ms Patty’s Called with an ETA of 30 minutes and came within that timeframe. Malik was very professional and knowledgeable. As soon as he Went to start the car, he knew that it was a battery issue. He was able to charge the battery and then provide guidance about next steps. He also followed up to make sure that we had gotten home safe and that there were no other issues. I would highly recommend this company.
