We are towing our camper and ended up needing a new battery along the way. We can't say enough about the customer service this place gave us. Super helpful, super friendly and even blocked traffic as we backed out the parking lot.

Just needed to use the code scanner. Staff was quick to get it for me then print the code out giving an idea of what might be the issue. And they were friendly and even noticed the car make without having to ask.

My poor lil Hyundai 2008 Accent was going through it! I mean, power steering was out for 4 months, and then the alternator decided to die too...in the middle of severe winter, artic, weather (it got below 70 degrees!) ...in tha South ! The Gold Lining during all this misery: the amazing and awesome team at our local O'Reilly's! They went beyond themselves to help me get what I needed and were- each and every one of them- personable, professional, and adept in fulfilling my needs as a customer. If you haven't dome so already, I do encourage you to give these young men and women a RAISE and the positive opportunity to rise in your company should they wish to achieve more.
