I started my day at IU Health in the lab, where Burka drew my blood. She was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I then went upstairs to Dr. Michael Koch’s office, checked in, and was called back almost immediately.Dr. Koch and his entire staff are outstanding at what they do. Everyone I encountered was courteous, efficient, and truly professional.A 10 experience all around. Thank you for the excellent care.

All the staff members treated us really, really well. From the valet service to the front desk lady the lady working registration to the nurse that did my procedure. People were really professional and courteous. What was stressful was the logistical nightmare of getting around the building. And the confusing signage.

I’m giving 5 stars to the outpatient surgery area I had surgery today 11/25/2025 the staff was really kind and paitent in the pre op room and the staff in the operating room was kind and making me feel comfortable and safe and making sure I was warm enough. I just wanna say thank you to to all the Surgery staff that did my IUD on Kailynn Hollers exspecially Dr Caldwell u was very nice. And with my autism and anxiety it hard for me in new places I’ve never been too can make me overwhelmed and I’m glad the surgery staff let me take two big comfort items of mine witch is my blanket and glasses THANKS SO MUCH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL YALL DESERVE TO BE NUMBER 1 HOSPITAL IN THE STATE AND HAVE A 5 star rating for all reviews
