Great buying experience. No hidden BS, with nobɓ surprise fees. I wish I'd used Lander's with my truck purchased in February at McClarty. They didnt even spit on it. Landers was fully transparent and made us feel wanted.

After working all day the day before, to secure a deal..credit report showing multiple inquiries (and that's fine IF YOU GET THE CAR) we came to terms. I was more than honest with my situation...and was thrilled to get the car I wanted. This morning received a call to confirm I'd be there at 10am. Detailed and cleaned out my trade in...rushed like a lunatic to secure documents and paperwork...I was driving from Hot Springs to Little Rock....when that phone call came. "Oops...." Despite what they tell you? Count on nothing. I need a car, not a roller-coaster ride. Though it was all verbal...the commit? The deal? It's probably a really good thing I didn't drive an hour to hear that face to face. Your only as good as your word...but Landers doesn't know about that. We had already discussed I needed payments around $300-$350. Somehow...they are now over $500. Throw in insurance? Your eating dog food to drive a used car. You can do better.

Love them especially yo and jay they are awsome they are friendly and speak spanish as well !! Got me a brand new car when i thought it would be impossible. They made it easy and even had snacks for the kids too !! We had been there for a while. Thats the only set back it takes a good while
