The recycling center on International Drive in Myrtle Beach is very convenient and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the two women who work there make the experience unpleasant. They are consistently unfriendly and seem to go out of their way to make simple drop-offs more difficult than necessary. One employee frequently stops people from using the compactor while she searches through it, which creates delays and awkward situations for customers trying to unload. It’s uncomfortable and inefficient, and it makes what should be a quick visit feel frustrating. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this location. On the other hand, the recycling center in Conway on Route 90 is excellent. The staff there are polite, helpful, and welcoming. The difference in customer service is night and day

Everytime I have gone there, the staff are helpful and pleasant. You get what you give in most cases. I always ask where they want certain items to go, and never been rudely addressed when doing so. Easy in, easy out. I find be nice and other will be nice.

This recycling facility would be so great if Cindy and her sister in law weren't so Miserable. They are probably the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. They need to be fired immediately. I have read so many complaints about them.
