Quick Service takes care of our oil changes, air filters tire pressure and more! Jack is our service advisor who takea care of our major service needs. Maintenance items like belts, fluids and things that take a bit longer than quick service can take care of. In the market for a new Ford or Lincoln? Matthew is just the gentleman for you. Don't let his youth fool you, this young man knows a lot about the vehicles on the lot. If he doesn't, he will find out! There is a nice customer lounge with two TVs, snacks, drinks and coffee. There are comfortable seats along with barstool tables and a business desk for those of us working during our visit. Huge thank you to Dylin for always taking great care of us. We drove an hour and a half each way to look at a vehicle after speaking with the salesperson, Jay Edward’s. We made it very clear we understood it was a used vehicle, but didn’t want any surprises when we arrived. We asked for Jay to send us photos. Overall the photos he sent appeared to be in great condition. (aside from a dent we noticed and had to bring to his attention) However, once we arrived, we discovered some issues that were never disclosed in the photos — including a cracked side window panel, a damaged tire, and a chipped windshield. During the test drive, we also noticed a strange noise. When we returned and shared our concerns, Jay never came out to inspect the vehicle with us. (Nor did he come out with us prior to test drive!) He told us the vehicle would go through service and he would update us the next day. Three days passed with no communication, so we followed up ourselves — only to be told the vehicle had already been sold. I understand the used car market is competitive, but the lack of transparency, communication, and basic customer engagement was very disappointing, especially after making such a long trip. I would not recommend working with Jay Edward’s or this dealership!
