It is a totally worthless, a greedy place to get robbed. They are selling a ticket for $28 and also pushing you to buy their junk socks. They do not allow to use another companies socks. They are all same but they claim they have better one. We are signing a waiver before we get in. They do not want get any responsibility but they claim safety. It is funny. They put a guard to check everyone sucks. Problem is not purchasing a pair of sucks, problem is their attitude while child playing getting him out as a prison. I think we need a respectful place besides this place and other junk fun city. Not recommended. Notice Those dusty, brittle polyurethane sponges can cause harmful effects to children lungs. When you take a look, you can see fine dusts everywhere in and around this sponge pool. You can see even on his socks after using 10 minutes. Also needs to replace some of the damaged equipment. Duck tape does not work on it. You know, your biggest concern is safety??? By the way no refunds

Went the first time for a kids birthday party. I forget the managers name, but she was very nice. The kids had a blast running and jumping non stop. The waiver process at the front door took a little bit of time. I would say do it before going. Mini food court is great with all kid friendly foods and desserts. I would recommend to others.

Only reason I gave 2 stars were for the price & the things to do here. Customer service was horrible! Soon as I got to the counter I said Hi how are you? She said does everyone have a waiver? I said no, she pointed at the computer and said you need to go fill out waivers…. Ok no problem. I walk away, come back. She said did you know package you would like? I said I have a Groupon, she says oh great, scans it, says that’s only for 2, do you have more. I got the feeling she wasn’t having a good day. So I said how are you today? She said um idk. Scans my second voucher.. then says socks aren’t included, do they have socks? So I buy the socks, she turns around grabs 4 socks all the same size & says I need everyone wrist. So I said do you like this job? She said no not really I’ve been here doing nothing for 3 hours. Like okay & now that you have customers you as if they are bothering you!! This really pissed me off because you can work somewhere else or just don’t come to work if you’re having a bad day. There is plenty of competition with trampoline parks in this area. Customer service is everything & this new generation doesn’t care at all. I then tell her, they all wear different sizes they will need their appropriate size. She goes they can just come back if it doesn’t fit. URBAN AIR HERE WE COME!!
