The team was wonderful super helpful and professional. I came in on a spare tire, and my other tire had a sidewall bubble. They made my safety the top priority and immediately agreed to change the tires first, then figure out the warranty afterward. Truly great service and care for their customers ! Everyone was nice from technicians to mangers .

Best Walmart Auto Care team I’ve ever seen! They were extremely nice and professional. I had an issue with my warranty, and they went above and beyond to help me navigate everything. They explained the process clearly and made sure I understood all my options. Great customer service!

I'm sorry, but they are severely understaffed here. And undertrained. I wanted to buy tires and have them installed. I had tires that I knew I wanted from the website, but I wanted to talk to someone about it first to double check what they recommended. Whoever they had at the front desk tried to be helpful I assume, but mostly just encouraged me to use their website. I didn't want to use their website, because I knew that Walmart's website is pretty bad, so I was pretty disappointed that this was the answer to my questions. Please hire more people that are knowledgeable about your services and tell corporate to make the website actually user friendly.
