Disappointment would be my impression of this location. I've worked for a competitor to this company in college for 3 years and helped a number of customers in the same situation I was in. The associate behind the counter was unwilling to help me find a belt that fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler with a unique belt length situation. After first trying to fit a smaller belt and returning it the associate turned me away to avoid me trying to find longer one that fit. I ended up going to another O'Reilly's location where the staff were very helpful and I was able to find a belt that got me back on the road. It's a shame I wasn't able to do business at this location due to laziness of one employee but the good news is that not all locations are like this. Attached a picture of the belt that I was unable to purchase at this store.
