The day after I got my new Chase card number there was a $0.15 fraudulent test charge at another business nearby in NJ. I haven't even used my card yet. Someone at JP Morgan Chase is stealing new card numbers before they even get to the owners.

I paid $100+ more for an extremely restricted ticket than my friends paid for theirs on the exact same flight because I used Chase Rewards. I tried to get on standby for an earlier flight, but I was told NO because Chase charged more money for less convenience. A few weeks ago, we went in to apply for a mortgage. The agent requested paperwork, which we copied and brought. Then she never called us. I called and left a voicemail. No response. I called again and got her, but she "never received' my voicemail. She said she was still waiting on something and would call me back. She never did. Now we have gotten approved for a mortgage from a different lender. It took less than a day. You would think being a 10 year account holder with numerous accounts would matter. It's extremely unprofessional to not call customers back after we've reached out to you three times. But I'll stop. After all, this airport is so busy and I can't get on a plane.

This Bank racially mocked me and never apologized about it!! It was the employees that spoke Spanish and Chinese.
