Called a week in advance and made an 8:30AM appointment for a simple alignment. Arrived at 8:15AM and over an hour later my car hadn't even been pulled into the garage. Not a huge deal, I ended up leaving and coming back. When I arrived to pick up my car I was charged $65 dollars and given the keys. Nothing at all was said about my vehicle. I pulled out and noticed the problem was not fixed. I went back in and asked what work they had done specifically and only then was I told that my vehicle needed more work than expected so they didn't do anything to it at all. They did not even write up a quote for what needed fixed or mention anything about it to me whatsoever until I had already left and came back unsatisfied. It would have taken a couple minutes to call me and say "while trying to preform the alignment, we noticed your car needs some extra work. It will cost X amount of dollars, should we fix it?" But nothing of the sort happened. Even when I went to retrieve my vehicle, nothing at all was said. I understand a diagnostic fee, but the severe lack of effort and communication at this establishment has ensured that I won't be back.

Thankful for fast friendly service Something came lose under my car and it was dragging I called Foreman's and they said to bring it in first thing in the morning and that they'd take a look at it I brought it in and in 15 minutes they had it repaired, a couple of clips had come lose they told me Thank you for taking care of the problem
