I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than my recent purchase at Dick Smith Ford. John Long, my sales representative, was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He answered all my questions before I set foot in the dealership. The price we negotiated by text and email was firm and all else was as he said it would be. Jeff, in the finance department explained all the paperwork and other extras we might consider However, we felt no pressure to buy anything we didn’t need or want. We felt strongly that both John and Jeff were customer oriented and provided a level of customer service sorely lacking in many businesses today. I would not hesitate to do business here again and I would ask for John.
