We had a bit of a slow start, but overall I had a good experience and truly appreciate the effort he put in. He is very knowledgeable about cars and mechanics and took his time working through the issues instead of rushing the job. My car is a bit older and has some underlying issues, and he was patient, thorough, and explained what was going on in a way I could understand.
