We found ourselves in a real bind—our vehicle and trailer were stuck on an incline in a tight parking garage, unable to move forward or backward due to weight and height restrictions. Within minutes of calling, Dennis arrived like a true professional. With calm expertise, he assessed the situation, put our Tahoe into 4WD low, and explained how it would give us more power and control. Sure enough, with his guidance, the trailer was safely reversed and the entire situation was resolved smoothly. Dennis quite literally saved the day.
