Prices is outrageous! $125 to get them out which is reasonable but then another $150 an hour and it's a minimum of 2 hours. So a total of $350 just to come diagnose your vehicle is ridiculous! Robbing people left and right. I would never pay that.

My son just finished at West Liberty & started his first real job. His car broke down at his apartment. These guys came to him in 90° heat and worked hours to get it running enough to get to their shop. Tom worked nonstop figuring out the issue & kept me posted via text the whole time. He was friendly, professional and I can’t say enough about how great the work was. I recommend them highly and my son now has a local mechanic he can trust!

COOLANT POURING ALL UNDER MY VEHICLE THANKS TO THESE PEOPLE WITH 3 NO CALL NO SHOWS after I reported the coolant pouring under my vehicle to them. They came out to fix my starter. The starter wasn’t the issue and was misdiagnosed. They left and told me to get a new starter. The starter installed was reported perfectly fine at Advanced Auto. They said service was done and left me with my Vehicle on blocks and coolant pouring all over the ground. Charged me $400 dollars to break my vehicle more. Also tried to change the quoted price from $50 dollars an hour to $90 an hour after they saw I owned a BMW. Vehicle is stuck in a car port or I would’ve just towed it
