Let me tell you from the get go I was very impressed with this scrap yard. I called for prices on a few materials. I explain to the lady that I would be a new customer . Gave her my reasons for leaving the others . (Scrapyard) she said you have any problems you call me back . No need to call her again except for prices. Everyone was nice even the public people that was there dropping there scrap there. Talked to 2 different people before I ever met an employee. Helpful to me pointing me in the right direction. Place seemed a little small but they all feel small to me. Thank you everyone there for your friendliness. Even got a little training. I recommend this place to everyone. Sincerely, Mr Gomez Ok this is months later new peiople in charge. So I brought in several pounds of #1 copper. I got scales at home at their weight is 25 pounds different. I didn’t argue the matter because I just didnt feel in that kinda mood. The man that usually does it went on break so another guy did it. He had me weight three tubs dump two leave other one on then weight the two empty tubs then took all tubs offvand weight the two empty tubes. Then measure the one that had some more#1 copper in it dump it. Then weight it again. With the two other empty tubs added. I told him I thought I was getting screwed he ignored me and we move on. My scales at home said I had 150 before the tare. That almost a 20lb difference at $3.10 a pound. Can’t prove nothing so I chalk it up as a lost.. I am forsure he made a mistake. I dont do this for a living but since becoming an electrician i get a lot of the drops. I cash in at a time of need. I will continue do business there. I will speak up next time . I couldnt after he dumped two tubs. Well no need to cry about it. Done deal. Thanks Dennis

Completely unprofessional. Says open at 7:30, wasn't, left at 8:20 still not open. They said they were having a meeting, that could be done outside of open hours.

I went here with a catalytic converter. I was offer $15. Took else where ,down the road toward Marmaduke and got $120. Is this cause I was woman?
