The worst service, they damaged my car, they were rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and did a terrible job. They charged much more than the price they quoted, and they didn't arrive on time. Use a different towing company.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Scammers!! They tell you 1 price to your face then charge you ridiculous amount. They charged $50 for “clean up” when there was no “cleaned up”, I picked up my own piece of bumper and put in in the car myself. See receipt of scam charges. I called to complain, Mike answered the phone, became very aggressively disrespectful, I was shocked. Uncooperative, playing games with me when I explained to him clearly that the driver said 1 price and then charged another. He became defensive and just covering it up.

This towing company is a rip off..I ask the guy that was about to tow my car to please put my windows up & close my sunroof.He said don't worry its gonna go inside the garage..I figured out why he didn't want to put the windows up so he can put my car in the garage to charge me more than having it in the yard!!! I got my car out the next day!! They charged me $464.00 and the car wasn't even in the garage more than 24 hrs!!$200 for having my car in the garage $75.00 yard fee!! My car wasn't in the yard it was in there garage!! & $155.00 for towing!!&$34.00 gas & mileage!!The tow truck guy refused to put my windows up so I can get charged more for storage(GARAGE)!!!!m gonna report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! WITH ALL THESE HIDDEN FEES!!!They rip you off when you got out of state plates & you can't do nothing or else you can't get your car to go to work!!! You got no choice!! $100 a day for storage!!! Insane!!!I'm gonna talk to my lawyer to see what he can do with these theives!!!
