I was deceived by the good reviews I read about this tow company online. But I had the worst experience that I now live to regret. I paid Mr. OMONIYi (Owner/CEO) of Grand Towing LLC the amount he charged me to pick up and deliver my vehicle to port for shipment later he told a fictitious story how he wasn't able to drop the vehicle but Mr OMONIYi the Tow Company CEO/Owner took my vehicle without my permission just solely by his own decision to his garage/office and when I requested his address to come and pick up my vehicle he started demanding more money from me before I will have his addres.He held my vehicle for ransom asking i pay him additional money for my vehicle that I didn’t give him permission to move to his office which i paid but he took the spare tire,jack and log wrench.Mr Omoniyi is a chronic cheater i ordered for a Tow service but what i got was a "Grand Tow from hell" buyers beware at your own peril learn from my ordeal.Mr Omoniyi the pathological liar wants to continue to misleading people about his extortion and his shady business enclosed is a copy the payments both the initial and additional since his denying not knowing me......get your facts ready cos I have mine and am ready to expose you since you want play this game after you called to have me delete my review and I refused you have the audacity to come and lie not knowing that I am not going to hold back from stopping you from scamming someone else.

Olu was great! He kept me informed of his ETA. He went above and beyond trying to get my car started. In the end we had to tow it to my mechanic. It’s not fun when your car breaks down on the side of the road but Olu made it a lot easier. Plus, he has a great smile! I highly recommend him.

This was my first time needing a tow truck. I was so impressed and grateful for this service to take my car since I was in a complicated situation with losing my keys. Very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend this towing company!
